This song came to life in the eleventh hour of the recording session for "Elvira Madigan"/"Varsel". All other material for the album/demo was finished when I realised that something was missing between "3/11 (tornekronan)" and "TuathaDeDanan". So this is one of those songs written in only a few days, but it proves that fast writing/recording sessions not necesarily means a decline of quality. The introducing riff is (as someone observative might notice) the same as used in "Vanghelgedom". There are not many words in the song and half of it is instrumental. But the poetic and rather sad tone is quite nice (...aahh! Come on Marcus! Cheer up!). The melodies are just great and I love the song myself. It is a rather important part of EM history due to its structure and general build up since it proved once and for all that not every song has to be longer than four minutes to accomplish something. The song can today only be found on the first edition of the album "Blackarts" where it was added to the bonustrack-selection.
