This was a quite unique cover song recorded during the sessions of the selftitled debut (or first demo...). It was never intended to be a part of the "Elvira Madigan" album due to the fact that it has nothing to do with the conceptual feel of the music on that album. But it was a nice track to record at the time and I loved the speed metal interpretation of a track that sounds more like "boogie-woogie" in its' original form. I heard a certain potential in the track much due to the symphonic middle section and the wonderful guitarsolos so I decided to just try it out. And the result was awesome.

As I explain elsewhere on this site, I did only record these first tracks as therapy and as a way of exploring my own musicality. I never saw an obvious official release of the material and therefor didn't think much of the fact that it was a cover, and should it be released - I would have to pay for it. So when I started my own little "Northlore Records" on which I released two albums and spent most of my money - I came to the conclution that I would never release the track. I felt that the cash could be better spent on original material. But now as I work either under license or recorddeal I hope to see it included on the eventual release of "Elvira Madigan" - the album.
