Descending from "Svartnatt" this song contains vocals sung like I've never done before; That is, to acoustics without using the full "force" of my voice. To be completely honest I don't really know where I stand with my singings on this one, but I know for sure - I couldn't have done it any other way in order to provide the right landscape. I like the lyrcs though as they are about the most poetical I have ever written.

The song is soft and halfintrumental. There is only a few lines of words as introduction and after the symphonic part that follows "Ulv" blasts off with quite heavy "rock'n'roll" riffing which I completely adore myself!

Total running time: 3:17

Ulv

Natten är slut och morgonen
Som tycktes ljusare förrut
Ligger hopkurad vid min dörr
Hon är fager och ung
Och många gånger har jag tvekat
Och velat släppa Henne in

"Wolf (a folklorish word without English counterpart)"

The Night has come to its end
And the daybreak which seemed
so much brighter before
Lies trembling outside my door
She is fair and young
And many times I have hesitated
And wanted to let her in
